Our Returns & Exchanges Policy


If you're not happy, we're not happy! At Mioni, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!

Mioni will check all the products before delivery . We try our best to minimize defects and increase our reliability in preparing your order.

However , if there are any problems with the products you received, we do accept Return & Exchange.

Returnable/Exchangable on the below occasion

Defected Items :-

a) Stain which can't be removed.
b) Obvious & terrible damage.
c) Wrong Item & Wrong Color.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangable

Minor Defects :-

a) Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
b) Transparent slightly or bad odor.
c) Size measurement differs about 1-3cm.
d) Accidental scissors cut while opening your parcel. ( Please becareful while you open your parcel )
e) All kinds of minor defects which can be corrected easily.

Procedure to Exchange/Return

1. Kindly E-Mail us at mionishop@gmail dot com:

a) Please include a photo showing the defected product.

b) Please include your Order No.#____

2. Please do wait for our feedback. (Reply within 24 Hours )

3. We only accept Exchange/Return goods in 7 days after your shipment (That's the date from when we shipped your order and when you received your tracking number.) 

4. Send it on its way! You can return your package through the Pos Laju Malaysia or regular mail. Note that shipping cost is non-refundable.

5. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method (bank transfer). We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than that.
